Sump Pump Malfunction in Rochester, NY

This flooded basement was the result of a sump pump malfunction in Rochester, NY.  Sump pumps are used where basement flooding happens regularly and to solve dampness where the water table is above the foundation of a home. Sump pumps send water away from a house to any place where it is no longer problematic, such as a municipal storm drain or a dry well.  Since the pump malfunctioned, the water was not able to leave the basement.  We came to the house, extracted the water, and sanitized the basement in just 1 day! Our customer couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently we got the job done, she was truly pleased.
