Roof Leak in Rochester NY

This house in Rochester, NY experienced a water damage inside their house due to a leak in the roof. A storm came through and debris from nearby trees punctured a hole into the roof of the house.  Our customer did the right thing in trying to patch the roof so no water would enter, but the tarp they put down had some holes in it.  After a night of heavy rainfall, the tarp could not withstand the storm and started to let the water enter through the roof and onto the living room ceiling. Our customers called us when they started to see water marks on their ceiling.  We came over the very same day and patched the hole on the roof with a much stronger tarp.  Our customers were very happy with the result and couldn't believe how fast we were able to respond to their call for help.
